PayuOud is the digital catalogue platform of PT Monggo Jaya Berdikari, showcasing and facilitating the sale of premium Sana’i agarwood products, including but not limited to Royal Oud, Premium Oud, and Daily Oud grades.

All product descriptions, including scent profiles, grades, and images, are provided for general guidance. Natural variations in color, scent intensity, and appearance are inherent to agarwood products and do not constitute defects.
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing/inventory.

4. Orders and Payment

Our website functions as a digital catalogue. Placing an order or submitting an inquiry through the website does not constitute a completed transaction. Instead, you will be redirected to our official WhatsApp admin to finalize order details, confirm product availability, and complete payment.
All payment arrangements — including accepted payment methods, payment instructions, and confirmation of receipt — are handled directly through this WhatsApp communication with our admin team. PayuOud does not process or store payment information through the website itself.
An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been verified by our admin team via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, miscommunication, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations related to the import of agarwood products. We recommend checking your local import restrictions on agarwood/CITES-listed materials before ordering.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
